CP rolls out new ED tool

On Friday, Nov. 18, the business of doing business in Cedar Park became a lot easier.

The debut of Cedar Park Prospector means Realtors, developers, business owners and anyone with Internet access all have at their fingertips a powerful web-based application for locating and learning about properties for sale or lease within the city.

“Today the first stop for many site selectors is the Internet,” Economic Development Director Phil Brewer said. “And they're looking for more than a listing of available sites, their size and location. They want in-depth details, specific demographic and mapping information that they can customize to their needs. That's just what we are providing through Cedar Park Prospector.”

This new tool allows users to quickly and easily locate available properties as well as detailed maps, zoning information, various demographics, surrounding business profiles and more, all in a customizable, filterable format.
