UPDATE: Suspect arrested in connection to Cedar Park fatal shooting
Cedar Park Police have arrested the suspect in connection with the Saturday, Aug. 3, fatal shooting at the intersection of East Whitestone Boulevard and 183A toll in Cedar Park.Jose Ivan Aviles Loza, 26, was arrested 9 p.m. Monday night in the Houston area. Police were assisted in the capture by the Houston Police Department and other surrounding agencies.
