The 2018 Ben Hur Shrine Circus and the H-E-B Center are partnering to give guests the opportunity to spend some time with the circus’ elephants as they eat a hearty elephant-friendly brunch.
The brunch will kick off opening day of the circus on Aug. 31 at noon outside on the east main entrance lawn of H-E-B Center at Cedar Park, 2100 Avenue of the Stars, Cedar Park. Circus clowns and entertainers will also be in attendance to meet fans and take pictures. The event is free and open to the public.
The 2018 Ben Hur Shrine Circus will perform six shows from Aug. 31 to Sept. 2 at H-E-B Center. Tickets for the Shrine Circus start as low as $9 (early bird discount offer). All ages are welcome. Tickets are available online and at the H-E-B Center box office.
The Shrine Circus is a family friendly event including performing elephants, tigers and acrobats. For the past 68 years, the Ben Hur Shriners have brought the Shrine Circus to the Austin area as a major fundraiser for the local non-profit fraternity and operations of the local Shrine Center. The Shriners in Austin are best known for their community service, civic involvement in local parades and for their support of the Shriners Hospital for children. For the Ben Hur Shriners, the circus is more than a fundraiser; it is an opportunity to give back to Austin by making it possible for everyone to have a circus experience.
