A juvenile was taken into custody Friday for threatening to "shoot up" Deerpark Middle School, according to information released by the Williamson County Sheriff's Office.
The school, which is located on Anderson Mill Road near U.S. 183, is part of the Round Rock Independent School District.
The office reports no weapons were found on the juvenile, and that they are currently working with the school district and the juvenile's parents.
The statement said they believe it is an isolated incident and they don't believe there is any danger to the public at this time.
The office also said they will have an increased law enforcement presence at the school this week as a precaution and to ease people's concerns.
