Leander Council approve major shift of parkland funds to public arts

In a major funding shift, the Leander City Council voted 6-to-1 to begin redirect 15 percent of all future revenues generated from developers through the City of Leander's Parkland Dedication requirements to the city's Public Arts Fund.
