Leander Council considering repealing right-of-way tree regulations
The Leander City Council is considering repealing city regulation that requires developers to plant several trees while building in the City of Leander's right-of-ways alongside streets. The council voted Nov. 21 to direct staff to bring back possible repeal language at a future meeting for them to review.
