Reed Elementary announces Lighthouse Certification at surprise assembly

“You might think this is just a regular pep rally or synergy rally, but actually it’s not,” Reed Elementary Principal Paige Collier said. “It’s extra special today. I have been keeping a little secret.” Collier turned students’ groans into cheers when it was announced that Reed Elementary School had received a Lighthouse Certification, a highly-regarded standard recognizing schools that have produced outstanding results in school and student outcomes as well as impacted staff, students, parents and the greater community.
